It is usually stressful for the employees to juggle between the work deadlines and the personal responsibilities. This makes it difficult for them to attain stability in their life.finding a healthy work-life balance can help improve one’s overall well-being and stability.It will ultimately make the employees more productive and happier at the work place.Companies that invest in employee support and satisfaction tend to succeed in generating happier workers.

Achieving High Performance Through Wellness at Work

Wellness programs are an ideal vehicle for lifting performance at work as long as you have the focus right. Chetana Empowerment Foundation has included the following essential aspects in it’s Wellness program:
