PRESIDENT

To live a meaningful life was an inspiration for Mr. Randad from an early age and he sought different ways to find it. He has been an outstanding student having secured 98% in higher secondary from Dayanand Science College, Latur. In spite of having got admission to a prestigious medical college, he chose the profession of a Chartered Accountant.

The first milestone was achieved in this direction by leading Maharashtra Pradesh Maheshwari Yuva Sangathan as a Director of the Professional Cell. During his tenure, he gathered 1500 youth in a 2 days State level Conference and provided them with an opportunity to gain guidance from an expert like Respected Supreme Court Justice Mr. R.C Lahotiji.

His multidimensional Personality has a spiritual dimension as he has been associated with the Brahmakumaris organization since adolescence and he took initiatives enthusiastically for various projects for the upliftment of Human Values like the Power of the future, Stress-free management, Bhagwat Geeta, etc.

He is also the President of Kshitij Pratishthan which works in the field of education.

He also has been a member of the Director Tax Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, WIRC.

With a wish to expand his broad philanthropic vision, he laid the foundation of Chetana Empowerment Foundation for the upliftment of society in 2012 along with like-minded friends. And soon, with their strong determination & Cooperation of team members, Happy Village Retreat was established in the year 2019.

With his motivational leadership, more than 350 programs have been organized so far for Mental health Empowerment, De-addiction in which participants were enlightened with the knowledge of renowned Mentors like BK Sister Shivani, Sandeep Maheshwari, Padmashree Dr T.P.Lahane, Ajeet Saxena, Prof E.V Girish, DR Sachin Parab. Also, he helped 72 students for their higher studies, and presently under Chetna’s Jeevan Nirman Programme for a child’s overall growth and development he gave plentiful time and made these children’s futures brighter and better.

He was honored by Marathwada Saathi with Mahesh Bhushan Award for his noble work. Under his leadership, for outstanding work in de-addiction awareness, CEF was awarded a National level award from Salaam Mumbai Foundation, Mumbai.

His dream vision for the Happy Village Retreat is to impart peace, happiness, and love to society. Last but not the least, Chetana Happy Village has been initiated with a deep motive of self-realization in the life of every human being who comes here.
