The loss of two close friends due to stress, depression and mental health challenges deeply affected CA Vivek Randad, propelling him to turn his sorrow into action. In 2012, he founded the Chetana Empowerment Foundation (CEF) in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) district, driven by a desire to make a meaningful societal impact. Chetana also working in Ahmadabad and Banglore. 

Since its inception in 2012, leading a team of professionals committed and dedicated  for social cause, with the aim of promoting mental wellness, providing educational aid to underprivileged students, social media anti-addiction, and offering crucial support to those in need. Through CEF, he channels his grief into a force for positive change, helping to create a compassionate community focused on resilience and well-being.
