Vivek Randad, a visionary leader and President of Chetana Empowerment Foundation, embodies a lifelong pursuit of meaning and purpose. His journey began with a remarkable academic record, securing an impressive 98% in higher secondary from Dayanand Science College, Latur. Despite gaining admission to a prestigious medical college, his path led him to become a Chartered Accountant, a decision rooted in his dedication to multifaceted growth.
Vivek Ji’s leadership prowess was first demonstrated as he directed the Maharashtra Pradesh Maheshwari Yuva Sangathan’s Professional Cell. During his tenure, he orchestrated a state-level conference that united 1500 youths, providing them with insights from distinguished figures like the esteemed Supreme Court Justice, Mr. R.C Lahotiji.
Beyond his diverse accomplishments, Vivek Ji’s spiritual journey is enriched by his association with the Brahmakumaris organization since his youth. His active involvement in projects centered on uplifting human values, such as “Power of the Future,” “Stress-Free Management,” and the “Bhagavad Gita,” demonstrates his commitment to holistic development.
As the President of Kshitij Pratishthan, a stalwart in the education sector, Vivek Ji champions educational growth. His contributions extend to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, WIRC, where he has been a member of the Director Tax Committee. In 2012, driven by his philanthropic vision, Vivek Randad co-founded Chetana Empowerment Foundation alongside like-minded associates. With unwavering determination and collaborative teamwork, the foundation established the Happy Village Retreat in 2019.
Under his inspiring leadership, over 1050+ programs have been orchestrated, focusing on mental health empowerment and de-addiction. Eminent mentors such as BK Sister Shivani, Sandeep Maheshwari, Padmashree Dr. T.P. Lahane, Ajeet Saxena, Prof. E.V. Girish, and Dr. Sachin Parab have illuminated participants’ paths. Vivek Randad’s dedication extends to education, aiding 217 students in pursuing higher studies. Through the Chetna’s Jeevan Nirman Program, he has dedicated significant time to nurturing children’s holistic growth and development, ensuring their futures are bright and promising.
His noble efforts have been recognized by Marathwada Saathi through the Mahesh Bhushan Award. CEF’s exceptional work in de-addiction awareness earned a prestigious National Award from the Salaam Mumbai Foundation. Vivek Ji’s dream for the Happy Village Retreat is to radiate peace, happiness, and love throughout society. Ultimately, Chetana Happy Village stands as a platform for self-realization, impacting every individual who crosses its threshold.
