National Level Digital Wellness Competition
There is a strong connection between over usage of screen and mental health. There have been some recent research published on mental health and digital addiction in the world. The over use of screens, particularly in the form of social media, can lead to increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression.
In response to the growing problem of screen addiction and its impact on mental health, Chetana Empowerment Foundation and Hema Foundation jointly organized the Digital Detox Mahotsav-a National Level Competition
Aim of the competition
1. To raise awareness about Healthier & Mindful screen usage.
2. To engage students in meaningful dialogue and creative expression on digital wellness to create impact on society at large scale.
3. Sensitizing students to develop healthier relationships with technology.
4. To understand the importance of balancing online and offline life through creative and participatory activities.
How to Apply
“All participants are required to complete the online registration process and pay a non-refundable fee of ₹251.”

Travel & Accommodation:
- Travel reimbursement is available only for participants + 1 coming from outside Chh. Sambhajinagar Maharashtra.
- We will provide sleeper coach reservation for eligible participants.
- If train options are unavailable, bus fare will be reimbursed.
- Railway or bus tickets must be submitted for reimbursement.
- Accommodation and food will be arranged by the organizers.
First Round (Online):
- Participants must submit their video entries online by 15th August 2025.
- The results of the first round will be announced on 24th August 2025.
- Selected participants will qualify for the second round.
Second Round (Offline):
- The second and final round will be held in Chh. Sambhajinagar on 14th September 2025.
- The top three winners will get the opportunity to perform during the Prize Distribution Ceremony.
- Every group will get chance to win cash prizes, Momento, Certificates.
- The jury’s decision will be final for the selection.
