At Chetana Empowerment Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we deeply appreciate your support and commitment to our mission. We strive to ensure that every donation and contribution is used effectively to further our cause. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we may issue refunds for donations and other payments made to our foundation.
1. Donations
1.1 Non-Refundable Donations:
All donations made to Chetana Empowerment Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it will be used to support our various programs and initiatives. We do not issue refunds for donations except in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate transactions or technical errors).
1.2 Exceptional Circumstances:
In the event of a technical error, such as a duplicate donation or an incorrect amount being charged, you may request a refund. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Registration Fees
2.1 Non-Refundable Fees:
Registration fees for events, workshops, or other programs organized by Chetana Empowerment Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, if an event is cancelled by us or rescheduled to a date that you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Refund Requests:
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please notify us well in advance.
