Chetana Empowerment Foundation had organized a 1 day training programme for 45 Teachers of Marathawada Shikshan Sansatha Mandal on 30 Sep 2018 at Chetana Happy Village.
In this programme various topics the how to understand the psychology of a child, their problems, behavioral issues, how to change and update ourselves as teachers, how to get involved in the children without getting disturbed were discussed in great depth. Dr. Sanjay Ghuge and Mitali Lathi took the training.
Many teachers from rural schools took part in this training programme. Many teachers appreciated the training and said that it was the first time that they had attended such programme. They learnt many how things and was Cages to attend male such training sessions. This type of positive response was very encouraging to the chetana team. All participants saw the demonstration of Relaxation technique and benefited from the experience. The timing of this training was from 10 Am to 4 Pm. These were two sessions pre launch and post lunch. After the 2nd session teachers participated in educational games and enjoyed training. The chetana Team played an important role in make this training successful.
