
Bengaluru, India – 4th June – Chetana Empowerment Foundation proudly announces the successful completion of its inaugural Digital Wellness Awareness and Group Therapy Program at the Bengaluru Chapter. Held at Auden Public School in Girinagar, Bengaluru, the event saw active participation from over 100- 10th-grade students.
Program Highlights:
- Objective: The primary aim was to educate students about the detrimental effects of excessive digital screen usage and to impart practical strategies for achieving a balanced digital lifestyle.
- Interactive Street Play: An impactful street play was performed, effectively conveying the serious consequences of digital addiction in an engaging and sensitive manner.
- Group Therapy Session: Dr. Manjula, a psychologist from Chetana, led a group therapy session where students engaged in discussions and were introduced to tools and techniques for digital detoxification.
- Student Engagement: Participants actively contributed to the session, sharing their experiences and expressing a commitment to reducing screen time.

This initiative marks Chetana Empowerment Foundation’s first digital wellness program in Bengaluru, setting a precedent for future endeavors aimed at promoting mental well-being and responsible technology use among youth.
