CHETANA Empowerment Foundation @HAPPY VILLAGE’s – A Gateway for 3Es was an unique 3 day residential program held on 18th, 19th and 20th September where 30 members from 15 different families took part in it.

Every participant got better understanding about various topics like – How to Unlock eternal energy of Subconscious Mind? How to understand our emotions and give it proper Direction? How to change your unwanted Habits? Along with these ,practical sessions on Naturopathy, Yoga-Pranayam, Balanced Diet, Healing, Chakra Meditation were conducted.

Everybody enjoyed trekking in the lush green mountains in the pleasing weather of Happy Village.

A successful Industrialist, Mr.Rupesh Sarda in his feedback says, “After coming here I realized that taking out time for self is extremely important. Giving priority to our Mental as well as Physical health will lead us to do great work in coming future is something which touched me.”
